Shipping Cost
Greece ➡
- All orders over €80 have Free Shipping.
- Orders under €80 have a €4 shipping fee Delivered by Courier.
- Orders under €80 have a €2.50 fee for pickup from a Box Now locker.
Cyprus ➡
- Shipping costs for all orders amount to €15.
Delivery Time for Orders Outside Attica
The delivery time for orders within Greece is 3–5 working days, while for Cyprus it is 5–10 working days.
Our goal is to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your orders for your best service.
If you are located in a remote or hard-to-reach area (as defined by the courier company), you will receive a notification from the courier regarding how your delivery will be handled.
Important Note
Our company is not responsible for any delays in deliveries of ordered products that arise due to causes beyond our control or due to force majeure events such as road network issues, severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped via courier to the address you provided during checkout. Once the courier collects your order from us, you will receive an email with:
- the dispatch date,
- the tracking ID, and
- a link to track your shipment.
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, between 10:00–18:00.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with information about the next delivery attempt.
