Return Procedure

To return a product you must follow the steps below in our online system:

• Visit www.timberlandshop.gr/returns and sign in to your account.

o If you are a member, log in with your username (email) and password.

o If you had completed your purchase as a Guest, you should enter the email used for placing this order and the order number.

o If you wish to return a gift you received, you must enter the order number, the gift code found on your gift receipt and your email.

• Select the order number that contained the product you want to return and press Return.

• Choose the product you want to return first, then choose one of the default return reasons and press continue.

• Confirm your shipping details as well as the day and time that you will be available to give ACS courier the returning product for free!

• Read carefully the terms and conditions of the returns and accept them to move on to the last step of clicking on return.
